Ranks

- 2) Able Sea Scout: Able Sea Scouts advance to this rank after demonstrating proficiency in basic boating skills, including sailing, rowing, and water safety. Able Sea Scouts may also begin working towards earning merit badges in specific maritime-related disciplines.
- 3) Quartermaster Sea Scout: Quartermaster Sea Scouts are highly skilled and experienced scouts who have achieved mastery in seamanship, leadership, and maritime knowledge. Achieving the Quartermaster rank is a significant accomplishment and reflects a scout's dedication to excellence in Sea Scouting.
